Who We Are
M&M Golf Cars LLC and our website is www.mmgolfcars.com
What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Data Used: IP address, user agent, name, email address, website, and message — is submitted to the Akismet service (also owned by Automattic) for the sole purpose of spam checking. The actual submission data is stored in the database of the site on which it was submitted and is emailed directly to the owner of the form (i.e. the site author who published the page on which the contact form resides). This email will include the submitter’s IP address, timestamp, name, email address, website, and message.
A cookie is a small file placed onto your device that enables additional features and functionality from mmgolfcars.com. For example, cookies enable us to identify your device, secure your access to mmgolfcars.com and our sites generally, and even help us know if someone attempts to access your account from a different device. Cookies also enable you to easily share content on mmgolfcars.com.
We use two types: persistent cookies and session cookies. A persistent cookie helps us recognize you as an existing user, so it’s easier to return to mmgolfcars.com or interact with our services without signing in again. After you sign in, a persistent cookie stays in your browser and will be read by mmgolfcars.com when you return to one of our sites. Session cookies only last for as long as the session (usually the current visit to a website or a browser session).

How long we retain your data
